She left me another message today saying that she hadn't gotten my RSVP yet for a promotion and wanted me to give her a call back.

This has the been second time I have received the call and this is the second voicemail from them, I am positive it is spam and have no idea how she or whatever it is, knows my name. If you get a call from that number don't answer, let it go to voicemail and don't bother calling back.
