I have been receiving calls from 203-293-0794, I don't answer and the calls go to my voice mail. They have called three times in the last week. WHO ARE THESE JERKS?

It is a scam company trying to sell gift cards, trips and plain ole garbage. It annoys the heck out of me, I am listed on both State and Federal Do Not Call Lists and yet these jerks get away with it.. Do not call is of no useful help either, I reported the number and NOTHING, they wont do anything either... Every time it calls, it connects to my VM and no message ia left anyway, really fed up, they need a punch in the nose, maybe then theyll stop

I keep receiving calls from 203-293-0794, I do not answer them but they go to voice mail. No messages left but it cost me money to dial my voice mail. How can I stop this? My phone is on the "Do Not Call" list but they still call me. They have called today, 8/24/2016, 8/23/2016 and again on 8/22/2016. If you see this notice, please, stop calling!!!!!!!!!!!!!
