Called different times of day and left no message. I called back and now I get the message that I've reached a non working number.

Answered call. Listened to Robot voice with urgent message about opportunity to lower my electric bill.

Answered the call, message stated they have a urgent message about my Electric Bill. I live in a building that my electric is included in my rent. Hence I have NO Electric Bill.

Rang twice. When I rang back it just said "press 9 to be put on the do not call list" and hung up

answered the phone and someone was there, but never said a word- sounded like they were hoping I didn't answer so they could leave a message
