SCAM to get you to call back. Smart Choice Processing - their system calls and doesn't let the call connect; phone rings once and when we answer it is dial tone. When we call back their automated answering system kicks in stating "thank you for calling back smart choice processing". SCAM ROBOCALL - used several numbers to pull this same prank within 5 minutes. Utter waste of time. They are constantly cycling thorough numbers so people will call back.

Received a call from this number and they asked for "Mary." I said that she must have the wrong number, and she asked if I lived their. My response was to ask her who she was and there was no answer. I was left with an open line for about 45 seconds and could hear that it was a call center but not what was said. Eventually, I got a message saying that "all agents are busy and to please wait" and then it hung up.
