They're legitimate court-summons servers. They've been getting more sneaky and shady because people evade service so they have to catch them. The more you keep avoiding them, the more they push and dig in. Same thing just happened to me.

Someone came by looking for my husband said his nane was Ed Hullett, and he needed to give my husband civil court papers. On a Saturday afternoon. What struck weird was he was to pushy.
